„KEEPER OF THE SEVEN KEYS – THE LEGACY WORLD TOUR 2005/2006 LIVE ON 3 CONTINENTS” on DVD and CD in three different formats

The past two years were without doubt among the most successful in Helloween’s long career. Their album success, Keeper Of The Seven Keys – The Legacy, earned them critical acclaim all over the world, and the five musicians, Andi Deris (vocals), Michael Weikath (guitar), Markus Großkopf (bass), Sascha Gerstner (guitar) and Dani Löble (drums), embarked on a celebrated tour around the world, playing 100 concerts in 40 countries and sold-out shows in packed venues wherever they appeared. Helloween recorded three of these sensational shows - in Sofia, Tokyo and Sao Paulo - and are set to release these recordings on their brand-new double live album and double live DVD. Over 6,000 enthusiastic fans came to the show in Sao Paulo on March 25, 2006, where the majority of the cuts were recorded, celebrating their idols with frenetic applause.




"Keeper Of The Seven Keys – The Legacy World Tour 2005/2006 Live On 3 Continents" is scheduled to be released on February 23, 2007 (Europe: February 26, US: February 20) in three different formats:

(Europe only) as a double DVD plus double CD in a limited edition at a special price, featuring a top-quality Digipak slipcase
(worldwide) as a softbox double DVD
(also worldwide) as a regular jewel case double CD.
The film footage comes on a DVD 9 featuring PAL and NTSC versions, the audio formats Dolby Digital 2.0 and Dolby Digital 5.1, and an overall playing time of around 280 minutes. Some tracks feature a special multi-media tool which allows the listener to switch between the different shows. The double CD consists of 12 songs with an overall playing time of almost two hours, including the two bonus tracks ‘Occasion Avenue’ and ‘Halloween’, recorded in Tokyo and at the Masters Of Rock in Vizovice, Czechia. The material was mixed by longstanding Helloween producer Charlie Bauerfeind.

Keeper Of The Seven Keys – The Legacy World Tour 2005/2006 Live On 3 Continents includes, next to many tracks from the current studio album, Keeper Of The Seven Keys – The Legacy, also a number of classics such as ‘I Want Out’, ‘Dr. Stein’, ‘Eagle Fly Free’, ‘Mr. Torture’ or ‘If I Could Fly’, and presents for the first time Helloween’s three monumental tracks, ‘Halloween’, ‘Keeper Of The Seven Keys’ and ‘The King For A 1000 Years’ (plus ‘Occasion Avenue’) together on one offering.. DVD 2 features interesting bonus material: an approximately 47-minute road movie, as well as interviews with the musicians, and the official ‘Mrs. God’ and ‘Light The Universe’ video clips. To cut a long story short: a dream-come-true for every Helloween fan!

HELLOWEEN And GAMMA RAY To Team Up For European Tour? - Feb. 8, 2007

HELLOWEEN and GAMMA RAY (who are fronted by former HELLOWEEN guitarist/vocalist Kai Hansen) are in talks about teaming up for a European tour in November. In an interview with the Spanish web site Rafabasa.com conducted yesterday (February 7), HELLOWEEN singer Andi Deris stated, "There is nothing definite yet, but it is actually something that is more than a mere posisibility. Last year we played two or three festivals together, such as Wacken, and that was a wonderful experience. When we shared the stage at those festivals, we always joined GAMMA RAY on stage to play the last song of their show, 'Future World' [HELLOWEEN cover] or whatever, and the crowd enoyed it very much — not only for the performance, but also because they could see that we didn't hate each other at all. We've always said in interviews, as has GAMMA RAY, that there is no bad blood between us, there is no trouble, and our rehearsal rooms are even located next to each other. We used to go out for coffee or drinks together, we talk with each other, we laugh together, and now we play concerts together — so far only at festivals, but why not give people a package tour? That way you will never know in which GAMA RAY song members of HELLOWEEN will appear, and which HELLOWEEN song wil feature members of GAMMA RAY as guests. I think that it is gonna be great for everybody."
